So that game didn’t go as planned. Perhaps it was rust from Cleveland not playing meaningful basketball in 9 days (although they came out looking good). Perhaps it was a lack of experience in close games recently. Maybe Orlando is a matchup nightmare? Or maybe the Cavs shooters were ice cold and that won’t happen again. I still like them to take the whole enchillada.
I guess the SI cover jinx is still in effect. Or perhaps yesterday birthed a new, Calve-alier blogging jinx. Basically every prediction I made while watching the game was wrong too. Sigh.
