Tonight is the NBA draft lottery (8:30, ESPN/The Score), one of the greatest non-sport sporting events. The video above shows the obvious fixing of the 1985 lottery, where the Knicks got the rights to Patrick Ewing. Their karma for the fix was a decade plus of disappointing defeats. The moral of the story: cheating is bad.
I am really hoping the Raptors move up into the top 3. It probably won’t happen, but we could really use Blake Griffin. Or Ricky Rubio. You can never have enough Spanish point guards really.
