The photo above has nothing to do with this story, except that it pertains to a very fat guy.
In Germany, a 300 pound guy was charged with causing bodily injuries when he fell on his wife and the ensuing injuries led to her death.  He was originally convincted but yesterday the German court of appeal overturned the decision and acquitted him.  The reason for the decision was that the court found the wife responsible for her own death since she failed to see a doctor for weeks after the incident, despite coughing up blood. 
When she died 6 weeks after the crushing, she was found to have 18 broken ribs.  I didn’t even know we had that many.  Ouch.
Seriously though, how big of a splash must the guy in the photo above had made?
